Learning to cook plant-based isn't about substitutions — it's about understanding flavor from the ground up. Bryan teaches the techniques that make food worth eating: how to build depth without meat, how to work with ingredients that most people ignore, and how to cook with the confidence that comes from actually knowing why something works.
Classes are available hands-on in Vancouver, online, or as group workshops — for all skill levels.

Sessions are live over video. You cook, I’ll guide with real-time feedback, adjustments, and technique notes as you go. -

Every session ends with a skill, a recipe, or a technique you can come back to. No homework, no fluff.
