Aloha! I’m Bryan, a vegan chef born and raised on the beautiful island of O‘ahu, Hawai‘i. Growing up surrounded by the ocean, fresh produce, and that laid-back island energy shaped everything about me - from my easygoing personality to my love for bold, vibrant flavors.
I’ve been vegan since 2016, and my mission is pretty simple: prove that plant-based food can be downright crave-worthy. My cooking story started back in high school when I took a bet to go vegetarian. What started as a challenge quickly turned into a lifelong passion, and I haven’t looked back since.
Along the way, I’ve had the chance to cook at some of Houston’s best vegan spots: Verdine, Houston Sauce Co., and Mo’ Better Brews, learning from amazing teams and exploring flavors from all over the world. Those experiences taught me how to make food that not only tastes incredible, but makes you feel good, too.
These days, you can find me creating private dining experiences, teaming up with restaurants, or sharing recipes online. No matter the project, my goal is the same: to bring people together over beautiful, memorable, and flavor-packed food with a little taste of Hawai‘i in every bite.
